Devon Sauzek

Devon Sauzek, CPA, CFA, is a Managing Director of Cimarron affiliate Institutional Equity Associates (IEA). In this role he manages the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board (OCIB) and serves as OCIB President. He joined IEA in 2001 as a Senior Investment Officer.

Devon analyzes venture capital partnership investments, negotiates terms, monitors investments and serves on the advisory committees of numerous venture capital and private equity funds. He is trained as a CPA and CFA and worked earlier at Kerr-McGee Corporation and Peat Marwick Main & Company.

He holds an MS and BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Devon resides with his family in Oklahoma City.
